I am able to join your server without any issues. Please try to reinstall your client.

But both me and my friend are getting the same error, like do we uninstall Minecraft?

Click on delete pack in the technic launcher and install it again.

Oh and, Forge 1.6.4 Kept crashing minecraft so i made a folder called the crafting dead in .minecraft and i made the 1.6.4 Forge destination folder there http://prntscr.com/dvrfpo
