its various mods and each 10 minutes all the craftings changes randomly,its very fun the things in it,magic,mechanic things are two of these,I don't have much to explain because its to much things

Wouldn't it be pretty hopeless for most things? You'd have to collect resources and if there are rare resources you need and you get it'd be pretty useless because the recipe would change by the time you got the materials
