What exactly do you do, what happens and what do you expect to happen?

The mod Immersive Portals requires a version of pehkui higher or equal to 3.0.0.
Install a version of Pehkui that fulfills this requirement or downgrade immersive portals.

Same is happening for me. The actual version exists, it is just I am not able to download it on mods.
