my launcher says exit code 1

so i wanted to install client side mods, i placed the mods in the mod folder quit the game and now when i start minecraft it crashes and shows exit code 1. can someone pls help me?

i dunno if its the mods i downloaded or its just my minecraft T_T

im using the neat mod which shows the players and mobs health bar, im using craftingtweaks, and tweakaroos freecam. and im using forge

im using forge and the server version is 1.18.2
