i think it would be cool if they added the plugin to make minecraft 1.8.9 - 1.11.2 to join the same server i think this would be amazing

Ya, there are possiblities that your player can join in your server from 1.8 - 1.11. You need just to download the plugin Viaversion or ProtocolSupport
