I can only connect to my server with direct connect, not from the server browser with IP. As well as this, sometimes the direct connect just doesn't work depending on the link it gives, this and going from the server browser just times me out> No clue why, any ideas?

If you actually see this message and a connection attempt in the log the problem is not related to the domain.
