How do I set up mods on my server? I'm pretty sure I have only server side ones installed to help my friends run our mods later on without the world getting too bad.

The log is not complete.
You probably shared it before the server turned into "crashed" state.

What is the address of the server in question?

Remove the mods or plugins one by one from your server.
Every time you remove a mod/plugin from your server, you need to restart it, then check if the problem still occurs.
If the problem doesn't occur anymore, know that it was probably due to the mod/plugin you last removed.
