I installed ALL version of the "Matoi Vanilla Pack" resource pack and none of them work.
How exactly did you install it?

Probably with plugins

- Connect a Google account on the backups page
- Create a backup
- Create a new server
- Connect the same Google account on the backups page again
- Restore the backup you created before

What are the instructions given by the map makers and what you should do and what did you actually do on Aternos?

The world you download on the worlds page contains all world and player related data.
Blocks,Chunks,Inventories etc.
A backup on the backups page is a copy of the whole server. That includes the installed software, mods, plugins etc.
