Does changing cracked mode help?
Try uploading the world, then disable optimization, then start the server.

That's the Minecraft version and not the modpack version.

Either the IP got used by someone else in the meantime or you're just logged in into the wrong account.
When was the last time you used your server?

1) The ban IP feature is not from us. It's a feature of the Minecraft server software
2) I don't really get your problem... Normally only OPs or the server owner can see it

If just just have shared access to a server the owner must grant you the required permissions

Hey Roman a mod called Forgotten recipes has both forge and fabric version of the mod but only the fabric version of the mod is visible in the mods section in fabric software.
