Help with downlaod wordl/plugin

I used world edit to make a world, after that I downloaded it in minercaft (vanilla), the changes I made were not saved, as if I didn't do anything, why?

The coordinates are at the spawn, what I do with word edit is not saved when I download the map

Okay, I want to make a map, I made a spawn, and I want to surround it with mountains, and I want to do that with world edit, after I've done mountains, I download the folder and put it on single-player and enter to keep going, but when I enter, the spawn has no mountains, nothing of what I did was saved

what means SP?Sp=Single player?Or what
