May be related to the Obfuscate mod or galacticcraft core.
Try removing one/both of them. Maybe that fixes the issue

Every message is coming from a command block execution.
Reducing command block executions will also reduce the messages....

Again. It's pretty sure not an issue on our size. Since we don't store different versions of a world you can only download the latest version of the world.
You're probably mixing up files and loaded / joined the wrong one in SP - or something like this

It's not possible to remove those messages in the console/log - so the only way is to reduce the messages.
