Then you mixed up files / folders, or you maybe restored a backup before.

If you look at the log you can see that there are many command block messages that spam the log

It's not broken, the downloaded world is definitely correct.

Note that depending on your cracked setting on the server UUID resolution might be different on your client and on the server. Therefore it might look like it's older, but it's not.

Just read the second sentence of the CF page you linked above:

You probably have Pocketmine 4.0

Pocketmine 4.0 has many breaking changes, therefore not that much plugins already support it

You can't use Geyser and VoiceChat mods at the same time as both need the udp port of your server.

That's not recommended when using modpacks. Since the modpack may have modified configuration files.

You should make sure that your computer has the same version of the pack installed as the server.
