You can disable the whitelist on the options page.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to upload worlds bigger than 200 MB because of technical reasons. You could try to decrease your world's size by removing unused chunks using a program like MCA Selector, which you can download here: https://github.com/Querz/mcaselector

1.12.2 worlds update automatically as soon as they get start with a newer version.
Where is the map you want to upload from and what was the last version it was running?
Which version is installed on your server?

This was probably just a temporary problem. It should already work again
