hi! i cant upload my world to my aternos server 
. every time i do it, it seems it works but when i join my server its a random world. i think my world is too big when i make a .zip file its 100 MB, but when i upload another 2 MB world it works. what do i do? and is there a way to upgrade a 1.12.2 world to 1.13 or 1.14?(and sorry for my bad english)
