Hi, I just checked your server.
I connected to it and was able to play without any problem.
Your log says that you are timing out, in combination with your other statements it's probably a connection problem.

Is this a modpack server or a forge server?

Switching from a vanilla server to a modpack without reinstallation is not possible.

You could try to delete your playerdata and check if that works. Otherwise you probably need to start over with a new world.
