sorry if i posted in the wrong place, im new to forums completely, but here's the log i have from today
there's no plugins, no modpacks, it's on 1.13.2, and its been doing this since last sunday. my friend even reinstalled minecraft just to make sure (he's xapologies) i appreciate anyone that can help! 
server stops as soon as anyone joins

I have seen the log, I think it is maybe something related with the chunk loading, but I am not sure

is there anything i can do to salvage my world? or is it 100% unplayable

You could try to delete your playerdata and check if that works. Otherwise you probably need to start over with a new world.
