The error message "mismatched mod channel list" tells you that the installed collection of mods is not the same on the server and the players' computer.
You have to make sure that the installed mods are the same on both. (Out of server-side/client-side only mods)
It is not enough to simply have the same mods installed, they must also be installed in the exact same version. Likewise, the version of the mod loader (Fabric/Forge) must be identical.

server resource pack must not be larger than 50 mb

Oh yes, you're right.
It might be related to a mod called identity. Make sure it's the same version on server and computer. Removing it can also be worth a try

Share the log

Try deleting the config folder on your computer and on the server

If the port is correct then it's probably an issue with the plugin itself.

Which software and version is your server running?

Then you somehow have a different setup of Minecraft than the Vanilla one.
Find out where your Minecraft files are located, I can't really help you with this.
-
Then it's probably a bug in the mod or the properties you changed don't work as you think they work.
-
Please share the client log too, it's in .minecraft/logs/latest.log on your computer.

Your server has forge 1.7.10 installed, therefore it only shows you 1.7.10 versions of that mod.
-
1) That's not an Aternos issue
2) The mod collection on your computer is probably different from the mod collection on your server

Set the level-name on https://aternos.org/files/server.properties to your actual world name.
Create a backup before.
