The Aternos-Team made a fundamental decision a few years ago, in which it was decided that Aternos is a free service where it is not possible to be better off than other people through purchases.
This attitude is very important to us and in some ways reflects our intention. Moreover, this is one of the biggest differences from our competitors.

It looks like there is only a problem with MacOS.
If you have a Windows or Linux PC you should be able to open the .zip file.
Also you could try to download a 3rd Party zip tool like winrar.
Do you have a new 1.13 world or did you use a worlds which has been generated in an earlier version?
This could have many reasons. Overloaded server, bug in the modpack, corrupted playerdata erc.
