You can try it with 14.23.4.2766, but I don't recommend you to do so.
If that mod does not support a forge version we have you can't play it. We won't add such an old, outdated forge version just because one mod needs it.

No?
At first I'd recommend you to have the same mods installed on your computer as on the server.
If that works you can try adding some client-only mods.
That error message typically appears if the installed mod collection on the computer is not the same as on the server.
I'd recommend you to play on the recommended build of forge which is 14.23.5.2855 for 1.12.2
Your join problem is probably not related to the forge version. Make sure that the installed mods, their version and the forge version on the server and client are the same.
NS record changes can take up to 24 hours to apply.

Create a backup before and then test if the issue persists with a new world.

As you can see in the shared log your log is full of error messages. That causes the server log to get bigger and bigger. As a protective measure, we stop servers when their log gets too big.
You might ask the Skyfactory team what those crash messages in your log mean and how to avoid them.
That issue is probably related to the mods.
Configuration files don't get downloaded when you install them. Mods generate them on their own when the server starts.
I'd recommend you to ask the origins support.
The cardinal components mod?
We already discussed that one or two weeks ago in our team meeting and decided that we exactly don't want mods that are just 7 days old, with thousands of downloads.
In most cases, these are mods from some generators that are abandoned after a short time.
Go to the files page -> mods remove the .jar file of that mod
You created the backup with forge being installed. Backups also contain the software.
Therefore if you restore a backup the old software will also be back.
Try removing cardinal components
Check the server log.
You can also share it with us using the share button
Right now the file structure of your RP is:
But it must be:
Unfortunately I'm not able to reproduce that issue, not even on your server.
