You need to install the mod also on your client.
For curse modpacks you need the twitch launcher. -
As I see in your screenshot you're using v5.0
Please make sure you use the same version of the mod on your client as on the server.

The first error message has nothing to do with the mods.
Try to restart the game and make sure that your server is set to cracked if you play with cracked minecraft. -
If the problem happened two days ago the log from today does not help.
