To delete the player data on your server you need to download the world.
Open the downloaded zip file and navigate into the worlds folder.
There you can find a "playerdata" or "players" folder(Depends on the mc version you're playing).
In this folder, you can find a file which has your username in it or your uuid. (You can find out your uuid with https://mcuuid.net/)

Delete this file and upload your world again. Please make a backup before deleting or changing anything in your world folder in case that your problem is not related to your player data.
