The problem is, that Aternos servers are stored in a special way and are not used like a normal minecraft server.
Also it is possible that the plugin authors don't like that, as this would be a way to download plugins via another source out of spigotmc.org or bukkit.org

What makes you think that?

Maybe it's a better idea open a thread on the plugins bukkit or spigot page instead of here. They have a better knowledge of that plugin.
