We already have that on our ideas list together with the multiple mods feature.

That's the reason why we can not add plugins which provide their download on an external site.
Seems that the author moved the download location from spigotmc to another page after we've added the plugin to our database.
I'll remove the plugin from the database.

You can report that plugins to us via several ways. Email, DM, Twitter or a forum post. I think we don't need an extra forums section for that.

Please do a right click on the world folder and click send to > zip folder.
Then try to upload this zip file.
