Just remove plugins. In most cases users just have too many plugins or too many active worlds.
2- Athernos Ram What time will increase [please ram 4 gb or 2 gb or 8GB]
That's not possible.
Please try to remove your playerdata.
You can do that by deleting the players or playerdata folder in your worlds directory.
Please make a backup before deleting anything.
Please have a look at the console and check it for errors.
You can also share your log by clicking the share button on https://aternos.org/log

Leider können wir keine 24/7 Server bereitstellen.
Das lässt sich einfach nicht finanzieren.
You have to install forge and all the mods of that pack manually to your minecraft.
Tutorials on how you can do that are on youtube etc.

No server version available
It depends on the configuration on your server.
Modpacks and servers which many plugins can handle less players than a vanilla server.
We've already seen users playing with ~30 people on a vanilla server fluently. Also we've already seen people playing with ~15 users on a server with a medium amount of plugins.
The cpu type is not really necessary for the amount of players a server can handle. It depends more on the number of cores and GHz per core.
Also the number of servers running on a host is a element of the total performance.
But that's a topic you really don't need to care about. The is completely managed by us.
Just play with the configuration of your server.

Not popular enough
Please read the following guide on how to write a plugin request: How to write a (good) plugin/modpack/mod request
Make sure that you've installed the same version of the modpack on your client as on your server
Lib's Disguises is available on Aternos: https://aternos.org/plugins/p/81
Maybe you can tell us what exactly does not work.
Your server is online right now, so I assume you recovered the access to your account?
Five minutes? That's a bio break for a small server like mine. Is there any way to set that for longer say 30 minutes. If no one else is on and I go for a smoke break that's me starting the whole thing up again.
We only have limited resources. If we would keep every server online for eg. 30 minutes when no one plays on it, the queue would be much longer.
Your server requires resources (RAM, CPU etc.) even if no one plays on it, we could use these wasted resources to run a server of a user who really wants to play.
I most cases plugins work with multiple minecraft versions. Anyway you should install the plugin version made for the mc version you're using, if available.
Does this problem persist when you enable cracked on https://aternos.org/options
(You're server should be offline while changing cracked mode)
