You need to grant yourself all permissions to configure it ingame. You can do that in the console.
Please have a look at the wiki of the plugin and watch some tutorials. -
Some plugins have content in the comments which are blocked by our security system.
Therefore, it usually helps to remove the comments. -

Did you already install the mod onto your client? Also make sure that you use the same version of the mod.

We have many users who play on 1.7.9 without any problems and we are also not able to reproduce any problems.

That's why you need a permission system. PermissionEx for example.
With a permission system you are able to create groups and each group can have a set of permissions for what they are allowed to do. -

So the problem seems to be related to your client.

As I said, it's an API Plugin. I only works with another plugin.

We are already aware of this problem.
We're don't even add plugins which are only availabe through an external site.
But sometimes the plugin creators change the download to an external site after we've added it.
Please tell us the plugins you're facing this problem and we'll remove them.or add the ability to add custom plugins.
This is not possible because of security reasons.
