Please have a look into the console and the log. Maybe there are some error messages.
Also which error message is shown on your screen?

Which command did you try to execute in your screenshot?
Do you always get the Unkown Command error?

Did you already have a look into the console and checked it for errors?

This happens when your server is set to cracked mode.
If you don't need to allow cracked players to join your server you should disable cracked on the options page: https://aternos.org/options
It's recommended to disable cracked mode if you don't really need it.

You're problem is not related to Aternos, but anyway.
