I would if the aternos team would make new version of shop plugins and other stuff
We are not able to do that. We are the server hoster and not the plugin author.
If they were like 1.10 i would go on 1.10
But you haven't updated the plugnis to a newer version
So technically all the plugins below 1.8 are unusable for some
As they are probably in the same issue i have.
What?
The reason i want to go on 1.7.9 is because all the "Good" plugins i want are on 1.7.9
I wanted a high version for a shoop plugin which i really wanted
And you denied it because you said there are older versions ;-;
But you cant access them so why cant you guys get newer ones.
As I said. We are the server hoster, not the plugin author. We are not able to update the plugins.
As soon as the plugin author provides a new version our system adds it automatically to the plugins browser.
Display MoreAnyways.. What shall i try now?
I cant delete a playerfile, because theres no players file on the aternos files.
I tried reinstalling, it worked on singleplayer
Didnt work on my server
Because of that, it then didnt work on singleplayer either.
I deleted a few plugins.
Download the world, and remove the file matching your uuid.(Make a copy of it, just to be safe)
Then upload the world again.
File structure:
Vanilla:
Main world: /world/
Nether: /world/DIM-1/
The End: /world/DIM1/
Bukkit/Spigot:
Main world: /world/
Nether: /world_nether/
The End: /world_the_end/
When you switch from Vanilla to Bukkit/Spigot the nether and the end are automatically moved to it's new locations.
When you switch back from Bukkit/Spigot to Vanilla you have to manually move /world_nether/ to /world/DIM-1/ and /world_the_end/ to /world/DIM1/
Can you post the full comand you've entered into the command block?
Also you can set the amount of items with a parameter.
I went on the MinecraftHelp live chat thing and all the developers said to change to a new version
So I would recommend you to do that.
- Make sure your server is shown as online on our website
- Make sure that your server has cracked enabled on https://aternos.org/options
- Make sure that you have installed the same version on your client as on your server
- If you use a modpack or mod, make sure they are installed in the same configuration as on your server
- Check the console and logs of your server after you've tried to join your server. Maybe there is error message
- Make sure that the ip you've entered into your client is correct.
- Try to use the DynIP, see https://guide.aternos.org/connect
- More information: https://guide.aternos.org/connect
This is not caused by Aternos.
That's a problem of Bukkit/Spigot. These server softwares are saving the nether and the end in different worlds. If you want to merge them again, see this:
world_nether and world_the_end only exists on bukkit or spigot. If you move from bukkit/spigot back to vanilla you have to move the world_nether and world_the_end into main world folder and rename
- world_nether to DIM-1
- world_the_end to DIM1
EDIT:Thats not a plugin. Im using a plugins server
Of course it's a plugin. https://aternos.org/plugins/p/permissionsex
EDIT2:Its a thing it just need an S after permission
What?
So give EssentialsX a try and see if it works then.
I dont know how could you give me like a Step by step or a tutorial vid xxx
There is nothing like a step by step guide for troubleshooting problems
I've tested 1.7.9 yesterday and it worked fine.
Ok i reinstalled it and it worked!
What did you reinstall? Your client or your server?
Did you already try to remove plugins?
Did you already try to delete the playerfile?
Did you already try it with another world?
I don't know what you did with your server so I can't give you a direct solution. And you don't bother to solve the problem or give me the information I need to help you better.
Could you share your log with us.
Please use the share function on https://aternos.org/log for that.
I thought you watched the video?

Mod requests take up to two weeks to be processed
You can do that with a Permission System like PermissionEx
With a permission system you can create groups and give these groups permissions e.g. access to a specific command.
Please check the console and the log for errors.
You don't need FTP access for that.
Just go to https://aternos.org/files and edit the respective file in the essentials folder.
You say, that your client is crashing.
Try to reinstall your client.
Also try to remove your playerdata.
You can do that by deleting your playerfile in the players directory of your world.
Try to fix all the error messages in your log then try again and see if the issue persists
