So, this is our queue. You have to wait until we found free space to run your server.

You have to wait until the left box turns green.
After that you have some time to verify your server by clicking the right box. When both boxes are green your server gets started within the netxt minutes.

You also need to install the modpack on your client.

How to write a (good) plugin/modpack/mod request

Due the complexity and compatibilty of modding in minecraft this is currently not planned.
Also it would require to provide multiple versions of mods which is currently not doable.

I just tested it multiple times and it worked fine.
EssentialsX is already available.
