I don't understand what you want...
On one side you say thatyou have the same version of the mod installed as on the Aternos servers and have issues while playing and on the other side you say that we should add botania 1.8.9 .
So, what do you want now?
Do you want that we add 1.8.9 botania or do you wan't that we help you to solve your compatibility problems?

There are currently no plans for that.

Try to reinstall your client and redownload the mods.

Since the #AternosUnlimited Update there is no limit for plugins, You can install as many as you want.
But be careful, the more plugins you install the more lags/crashes will occur.

The whitelist issue should be fixed now.

The Web interface should also be fixed now.
