We only add modpacks from official sources like feed the beast or technicpack.net

For multiple reasons we can only allow plugins which are uploaded to spigotmc.org or dev.bukkit.org .
There is no possibility to upload own plugins.

The requested mods are all client only mods, so you don't need it to install it on the server.
Crackpack has been added to the ideas list.

I just checked crackpack, it seems very buggy and resource intensive. So we won't add it.
