We have many people who play with more than 10 people on their server with just a bit more than 1 GB Ram without any lag.
I think its more because of your plugin configuration, plugin amount, world amount and size etc.
And also if we would provide an option to use 6GB RAM the waiting queue would increase very massivly.

This would increase the waiting time massively. And i think you don't want to wait the double time

You can do that with plugins like ProtocolSupport

i tried to open a .json file on your server and it worked fine.

As it says on the server page it is a queue, so the first one who joins it will be the first one who gets his server.
Thats the only way to provide a fair way for everyone to get their server.

On days like saturday many people want to start their server, thats why it takes so long.

Can you give the account name?

Also ich konnte deinen Server ohne Probleme starten.
