Can you give me the world name and the coordinates

There are two possible explanations for this.
One: You have a bad computer, bad connection, or both.
Two: Your command is lagging out Aternos, but that's unlikely even with a low amount of RAM.

Can you give the account name?
The account mentioned in your profile seems to be the false one. -
Its rather you have to much plugins OR if that doesn't work try deleting the world and changing it back to an FLAT world and check if that works!
