There should be a RAM option like you can select from 1GB to at least 24 GB of RAM because i usually get lag on my server and the highest was about 1.1GB worth of RAM.
And we should have more than just 10 players on here as well because i was looking for about 20 players.

24 GB OF RAM? That is pretty much for one server...

We have many people who play with more than 10 people on their server with just a bit more than 1 GB Ram without any lag.
I think its more because of your plugin configuration, plugin amount, world amount and size etc.
And also if we would provide an option to use 6GB RAM the waiting queue would increase very massivly. -
