my server just stopped, it said "your server will be restarted for" and i don't remember the rest, something like "to reload something" or some required restart

You have to use the DynIP
Minecraft 1.3.0 and older doesn't support SRV. (The technology used for the normal aternos.me IP)

If you have no clue the best way is to trial and error.
Remove a mod,restart the server and check if it got better.

The backups on the backups page and the message that the world got saved in-game are two completely different things.
The backups page creates a full backup of your server with all files. If automatic backups are enabled our system creates a new backup every time your server stops and the last backup is older than 24 hours. The number you can configure is the amount of automated backups to keep.

The save world message is the result of the command /save-all which means that the world got saved from the memory to the disk of the host your server is running on

Yes. But it makes no sense to change the cracked mode on the old server now.
It should have been set to the same cracked mode since you started the server.
