Crash when changing software

Hi everyone,

my server runs on Forge 1.16.4. I wanted to switch to Paper or Spigot (1.16.4 also) so i created a backup and saved my world.

I switched the software, installed BlueMap Plugin, and uploaded my world. When i try to start the server it crashes after some seconds.

Can someone please tell me what's going on and how i can fix it?

Does it work without the plugin? (Restore a backup before trying again)

Are you sure the modded server was on the same version?

Yes i am sure, Version 1.16.4.

Make sure that your world has no custom block or modified block before uploading.

We don't have custom or modified blocks. We just started playing and don't even know how to do that
