I downloaded the world and moved it into a plain new bedrock dedicated server running on my computer. So completely out of the Aternos context.
I also didn't get the Wiki Book and also didn't get any Quest Book.
So the world or its add-ons are either not made for / compatible with servers or it's just the usual "things just don't work" in Bedrock / Bedrock server.

I checked the server on the account RanaQasim69 and wasn't able to reproduce the issue.
The server was also already running on Paper again, so I assume you managed it on your own?

Please provide a link to the plugin that depends on karmaapi
-
Please take a screenshot of the error message you get when you try to join using the normal IP.

This morning i tried to start my server but the web page of aternos was different (in terms of color and interface) and i noticed that i couldn't start my server because there was no button on the caption "START"
Can you please provide a screenshot of the full website?

Try removing narutoshippudenmod
-
Which modpack do you use?
You probably don't have the same version of the pack installed on your computer as the server.
-
There's nothing we can do. Only the mod author can change that.

- The address is 0rac1eSMP.aternos.me
- Server Software is Bedrock, version is 1.19.2.02
- First report and problem was on June 9th with a player with the username of weeheeep , but several players afterwards had no problem entering the server. Another player a day later though, "DeX SeeR" had the same problem. I had them send a screenshot of their usernames and what information they put into the server.

- In order from first to most recent: weeheeep , DeX SeeR , mehlordwow, Jame641232 , xsnderminus , and StrayPlace84405 . However, when trying to figure this out myself, I deleted a few inactive people from the Allowlist, and Jame641232 was able to join, and I'm not sure how and/or why it worked in that scenario.
Can you please check if the issue persists if you delete the whitelist.json on the files page?
Are they able to join if you disable the whitelist?

Remove the mods or plugins one by one from your server.
Every time you remove a mod/plugin from your server, you need to restart it, then check if the problem still occurs.
If the problem doesn't occur anymore, know that it was probably due to the mod/plugin you last removed.
Always be sure to have a backup of your server before changing anything. This video might help you:

That is a possible solution, but it defeats the point of a survival only world.
That wasn't a suggested solution. I just wanted you to test that. If it doesn't work it might be related to a setting etc.
I just wanted to know if you could control the spawn rate similarly to how you could with Java plugins.
There's no inbuilt configuration to control that. If it's possible, it's possible with addons. SInce I'm not really familiar with addons I don't know if that's possible with these.
Unfortunately, we can't really help with issues related to Bedrock. The Bedrock edition has two major problems: It's very buggy, and it's a black box. With black box I mean that it lacks documentation, proper logging and tools to dig through it.

I need help with this log
The crash is related to the mod cardinal components. Try removing this mod and all its dependents.
-
You probably don't have the same collection of mods installed on your computer as on the server.
-
Does the issue persist in Firefox?
-
If the suggest page says that we don't add it, then we don't add it.
-
-
Share the server log using the share button on the log page.
Make sure you share the log after the server switched to "crashed" state
-
I'd recommend you to contact support (at) aternos.org for account related help

Most people don't care about the sub-forums. I'm even thinking about merging all those into one sub-forum
