We fetch the available versions of plugins from sources like spigotmc.org / dev.bukkit.org.
If the plugin creator does not update it there we don't get the update.

Short answer: Get a newer device
Long answer: iOS 12 does not support some newer browser features we use on in our website code. Since bypassing these missing browser features would require us to rewrite most of the recent changes on our website we won't fix that. This is not worth the effort.
IPad Air 1 got released ~9 years ago, you should consider getting something newer, since you'll have similar issues on more and more websites in the future.

Remove the mods one by one from your server.
Every time you remove a mod from your server, you need to restart it, then check if the problem still occurs.
If the problem doesn't occur anymore, know that it was probably due to the modification you last removed.

Try reinstalling the pack on your computer and on the server.
If the issue still persists please provide your client log and the address of the server in question.
