From my point of view it looks correct. So it must be up to the mod itself that doesn't work right here.

Spielst du mit Mods / Plugins, falls ja mit welchen? Welche Software / Version ist installiert.
Teile deine Logs. Da du ein Problem mit dem Client has solltest du auch den Client log teilen

If you have an issue on your computer you probably need to change the configuration files on your computer and not on the server.

I don't really get what you mean.
If you want to set a specific seed, you can do that in the generate screen on the worlds page.
(Note that this will delete your current world)

Then re-add plugin by plugin. Once the issue is back you know that it's probably related to the plugin you re-added as last.

You usually don't need them. What is the full and exact message you get? Can you take a screenshot?
