I'm sorry, but you can't upload your own files to your Aternos server due to security risks.
You only can use plugins which are offered in the plugin list of Aternos. If you need one which isn't added you can request it in the "Plugins / Modpack Requests" section here in the forum. But therefor the plugin needs to be available on Spigot or Bukkit itself.

So if you could find a newer version of McMMO on Spigot you could request it.

Just use another Spigot 1.8.* version, it doesn't matter and you won't even notice the difference.

Do you have any official link to a download page of a modpack launcher? If not, they can't add it..

Du solltest die Nebenwelt per Command von der Aternos Seite aus löschen können. Der Command hängt von deinem Multiworld Plugin ab.

ist das TNT auf der Hauptwelt oder einer Nebenwelt?
Wenns auf der Hauptwelt ist kannst dus ohne Probleme machen, die anderen Welten werden auch beim wiederhochladen nicht ersetzt..

Are you sure you're using the correct version?
Does it say anything else after the "lost connection" in the console?

the problem is that this one is only available through an external site and not spigot itself... so they can't add it.

it's not really because they can't somehow do it or because it would take loads of resources (most of the resources are used for running servers and a modded server wouldn't need a lot more ram than a modpack server..)
it is because they just haven't made that option to get a server with mods, because it would be really hard work to make a system which could run any server with any wanted mods on it (despite the fact that many mods aren't compatible to others..)
