You don't have the forge I sent. With the forge I sent you can 100% use the newest version of JEI; 99% of JEIs features are clientside so you don't need it on the server

If you have a Minecraft account, there is zero reason to use illegal software like TLauncher.

Make sure the mod's version match on your PC and on the server

Those are Tile Entities for all I know and aren't prone to the normal despawning behaviour
