It might be Valhesia
-
You can change the MOTD in the server options
-
Just a 5s idea of mine - make a disabled-mods folder, make a "disable" button on jars in the mods folder which moves mods to the disabled-mods folder, and in the disabled-mods folder, make an enable button which moves the mod back to the mods folder
Shouldn't create any unnecessary files apart from a single folder on each modded server

It seems the origin mod is on another version on your PC than on the server
-
Share your client log located in your logs folder in your minecraft directory named "latest.log"
-
-
On the server, bedrock or pocketmine?
-
-
Yes, install java here Java | Oracle
-
Remove the installer from there
Download the .exe installer from Fabric (fabricmc.net) and install it, then make sure to select Fabric in your launcher
-
No, it should work like that
-
The only way to disable mods is by deleting their jar
-
That makes no sense, then people just stayed in the server forever if they disconnected
Keepalive timeouts make sure that a connection is still alive, and will terminate it if the other side fails to send packets within a given timeframe
What that means is that your internet probably is quite slow or you have a very high ping to Aternos; where do you live?

Download and install fabric via their website
Download both Fabric API and Origins onto your PC and put them into the mods folder in your Minecraft folder (will appear once you started MC once with fabric)
-
Wouldn't know a way to do that, especially on bedrock, sorry
