In case you haven't changed anything: Go to https://aternos.org/files/server.properties, and in 'level-name', enter your world name (you can find that on https://aternos.org/worlds). We recently had an issue with users' options resetting, thus also the level-name, so the server didn't know anymore your actual world existed

It needs ports. That's the whole reason. If we give someone a port on a machine, and another server is already running on that port, or another person also has that plugin and that port is occupied, it'll break and the plugin won't work
