We can't add plugins from external sites. It must be a direct download on Spigot or Bukkit, all else is a bust

1. Try enabling commandblocks, then uploading the map

Around that time there's usually the confirm button appearing, so I suppose it's your browser. Make sure it's focused and you're on the Aternos tab when it nears the end, then a green confirm button should appear

If you just download your world, do the changes you want, and upload it again, everything will stay how it was. Still, always keep backups though
