We just take mojang's server.jar, so, if that is an actual issue with the server, it's on mojang to blame

Your Aternos account name has nothing to do with your MC account name, you can access the console at https://aternos.org/console If you want your stuff back, change your name back or rename your playerdata to the new UUID

Make sure you have the same version of the modpack on your PC (1.4.3) and see if that works. Usually the modded-blocks-disappearing means the mods aren't on the server, or wrong versions of them are
