Yes, in the world files, go into the advancements folder and delete the playerdatas you want to delete

Or you download the world, use http://tools.glowingmines.eu/ to find out the necessary playerdata folders for both your names, and then copy their contents into each other (or rather, from the old into your new)

Set spawn protection to 0 and restart. If that didn't fix it, do you use plugins?

I have no clue why this mess of a thread exists. All you have to do is change your name back to what it was before, since cracked UUIDs are seeded. None of this was needed.

Start the server once. Also, datapacks are only available on 1.12+
