Doesn't work on dedicated servers and is a minimap mod anyway, so

Make a backup and try removing plugin by plugin and mod by mod until you find out which one is causing it, then load the backup and delete just that

Do you have essentialsX on the server?

Did you add any plugins or mods since that?
