I don’t think you can use a voice chat plugin and GeyserMC at the same time, because both plugins require the same port and you can only use it for one thing.

Si tienes problemas de conexión te recomiendo usar la IP dinámica (Nota: cambia cada vez que inicias el servidor) debes ir a https://aternos.org/server#connect (o presiona el botón conectar en la página de tu servidor) y copiar donde dice IP dinámica y usar esa IP para entrar al servidor. La IP dinámica aparece únicamente cuando el servidor está encendido.

The Aternos machines that run your server are located in Central Europe, that's probably why you have bad connection from your location to the Aternos servers.
Remove the mods one by one from your server.
Every time you remove a mod from your server, you need to restart it, then check if the problem still occurs.
If the problem doesn't occur anymore, know that it was probably due to the mod you last removed.
