if you see a "reinstall" button in the software page your current stuff will be deleted. But if you see a "install" button, you shouldn't lose anything, but create a backup first.

Aternos can only update plugins from Spigot/Bukkit.

The current plugin available is from Bukkit:

- https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/fawe

- https://aternos.org/addons/a/bukkit/fawe

If the plugin is not updated on Bukkit, it cannot be updated on Aternos.

And if you have that problem on Java, using Spigot, contact Spigot.

Ask your players to follow these steps:

Share your client log
1. open your minecraft installation path
(enter %appdata%/.minecraft in the file explorer )
2. open the logs folder
3. open the "latest" or "latest.log" file with a text editor
4. copy and paste the content of the file to https://mclo.gs/
5. send the link here

Your players probably don't have the same mods or versions installed on their client.

I don’t think you can put totems in your left hand. I haven’t used Bedrock for a while so I can’t really tell.
