That's the fourth time now I tell you we can't add that plugin because it isn't available at SpigotMC directly, only through an external site. Please don't create more requests for this plugin or I will lock your account because of spam.

You don't have no TitleManager installed, maybe that's why a folder doesn't exist.
You can remove a scoreboard using /scoreboard objectives remove <target name>.

Do you have the mod installed on your server and on your own computer? Are both the same version?

You have to start your server at least once so that the plugin can create the configuration files. After that you can edit the configuration files at the Files & Plugins page.

The server console only works while your server is online. Keep an eye at the server console and open the log as soon as the server begins to stop. The log will stay even though the console will be cleared.

Because the correct command is /gamerule commandBlockOutput false, mind the capitalization.
It kinda makes sense that a 1.8 plugin may not work on a 1.10 or 1.11 server.
