Next time your server stops check the server console log to find out why it happens.

You can only suggest plugins that are available for free for everyone.

When a developer offers a new plugin version it will be fetched to Aternos automatically. If no newer version is available it just means the developer doesn't offer one. We can't update other people's plugins.

Wenn dein Server das nächste Mal anfängt sich zu stoppen, dann öffne schnell den Log der Serverkonsole. Auch wenn der Server stoppt bleibt der Log erhalten und du kannst ihn in Ruhe analysieren.
